Lakeview Studio
Stay in luxurious Lakeview Studio style room that is situated in a private position. It has its own balcony overlooking our picturesque lake and wake up with the songs of the kookaburras.

A comfortable Queen Bed with Linen provided and Electric Blanket in Winter. A two Seater Couch to sit back on and TV with connection to stream from your own device and settle in with a favourite movie. Wifi is now available.
Kitchenette
Bar Fridge with enough room to keep essentials like a nice Bottle of Wine and Cheese cool. A Microwave and Toaster for small meals.
Private Ensuite
Your own Private Ensuite with Toilet and Shower, Towels, Toiletries, Hairdryer, Mirror and Vanity.
Gardens
The lakeside gardens are a beautiful place to laze and listen to the birds and hear the sound of the water stream in the nearby river.
Workspace
A dedicated workspace corner is handy for those guests working remotely with Wifi available.
Car Parking
Parking is available in the Carpark nearby through our rose courtyard to the cottage entrance.
Heating and Cooling
The Studio comes with your own wood fire heating to keep you warm on those fresh Winter nights as well as a reverse cycle air conditioner to keep you cool in the Summer.
Scenic Location
Your room is positioned to give you beautiful lake and farmland views. You also have your own Private Deck with a BBQ and Table and Chairs to sit back and watch the amazing views.

Rates quoted above are applicable to 30 June 2024 (minimum 2 nights) and only available if booking directly with Maryton Park. All rates are quoted in Australian dollars including GST and are subject to availability.

A reply email will be provided to confirm arrangements including details for payment requirements. Please note no holds are available and we are only able to confirm a booking once a deposit is received.
While we are prompt to respond, bookings can change especially during peak times in winter. If you prefer an instant booking, each stay is listed on AirBnB (link above in each cottage) and you are welcome to make arrangements to book yourself in.
$100 deposit on booking and balance payment due 7 days prior to arrival to confirm your booking.
Cancellations within 7 days of date of stay are non refundable. Cancellations with more than 7 days notice will receive a full refund.
