Offering 3 self contained cottages, Maryton Park is ideal for a romantic escape or bring the family for a short getaway. Group bookings are welcomed.
Each cottage has two bedrooms set up with a queen size beds in main bedroom and then either a queen bed or twin single share room in a second bedroom. They are fully self-contained, featuring large bathroom complete with spa bath, open living space with dining area, lounge with wood fire, reverse cycle air-conditioning, a full-sized modern kitchen with laundry facilities, all decorated with that country touch!
Experience breath taking views of the mountains and valley while relaxing on the verandah with a glass of wine and taking it all in. Leave the city stress behind.

Key Safe
We use a key code system and will provide you with details to open the lock box prior to arrival for the key.
Directions
Maryton Park is located approximately 5kms from Marysville. Access to Maryton Lane is only via Marysville/Buxton Road. More directions are provided post booking.
Due to the steep and uneven surface of access to the cottages, the venue is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Summer Tarriff
1 October to 31 May- Above rate is for 1 night for 2 persons
- A minimum booking of 2 nights applies (sorry, no single rates)
- Additional person charge applies per night:
- $55 per adult, $30 per child (under 12), $0 infant no charge
- Rates are applicable for both mid-week and weekend
- Discounted rate of $100 per night for each additional night when booking.
Winter Tarriff
1 June to 30 September- Above rate is for 1 night for 2 persons
- A minimum booking of 2 nights applies (sorry, no single rates)
- Additional person charge applies per night:
- $55 per adult, $30 per child (under 12), $0 infant no charge
- Rates are applicable for both mid-week and weekend
- Discounted rates for additional nights may be available, please enquire when booking.
Rates quoted above are applicable to 30 June 2024 and only available if booking directly with Maryton Park. Public holiday weekends may apply a minimum 3 night booking.
All rates are quoted in Australian dollars including GST and are subject to availability.

Please note, during the peak period for snow season (winter), we highly recommend using the AirBnB booking system as we are able to confirm a booking instantly.
Confirmation
A reply email will be provided to confirm arrangements including details for payment requirements. Please note no holds are available and we are only able to confirm a booking once a deposit is received.
While we are prompt to respond, bookings can change especially during peak times in winter. If you prefer an instant booking, each stay is listed on AirBnB (link above in each cottage) and you are welcome to make arrangements to book yourself in.
Terms and Conditions
$100 deposit on booking and balance payment due 7 days prior to arrival to confirm your booking.
Cancellations within 7 days of date of stay are non refundable. Cancellations with more than 7 days notice will receive a full refund.
For your security and privacy, we will ensure to protect your information when booking.
