A homely feel, with a layout that includes 3 bedrooms with queen size bed in two bedrooms and a double size bed in the third bedroom. Set up for adults (sorry no children under 13), it is fully self contained, featuring large bathroom complete with bath, wood fire, reverse cycle heater and air conditioning, ceiling fans in bedrooms, hydrolic gas heating, a full size kitchen and laundry with washing machine.
A stay in Lake House is perfect for groups of up to 6 guests looking to relax together with spacious open plan dining and living area by the picturesque lake and garden setting.

A comfortable 3 bedrooms with all Linen provided and Electric Blanket on each bed. A three Seater Couch to sit back on and large TV with connection to stream from your own device and settle in with a favourite movie.

A dedicated workspace corner is handy for those guests working remotely. Wifi is available.
Full Kitchen
Fridge with enough room to keep essentials like a nice Bottle of Wine and Cheese cool. A Microwave and Toaster for small meals plus a wall oven and cooktop.

Your own modern stylish bathroom with a large bath to soak and includes with Toilet and Shower, Towels, Toiletries, Hairdryer, Mirror and Vanity. Access door (lockable) is also connects through from the main bedroom.
Car Parking
Parking is available in the Carpark nearby through our rose courtyard to the cottage entrance. There is an option available upon request for undercover nearby parking.
Heating and Cooling
The Lake House comes with air conditioning in the family room and ceiling fans in all bedrooms for Summer. During Winter, enjoy your own wood fire heating (wood supplied) to keep you warm on those fresh Winter nights as well as hydronic heating that warms throughout the entire house.
The Property
There are three self contained seperate family cottages on the property. We also have a studio style cottage for a couple across the courtyard near the house. Guests have the option to then include extended family of group when planning a getaway together.

The Lake House is positioned to give you beautiful lake and farmland views.
You also have your own Private backyard with a BBQ and Table and Chairs to sit back and watch the amazing views.
